I am 23 and have been playing golf for about 8 years now. I think I have a pretty good grasp of the game and usually shoot in the low 80’s when I play. I have been able to teach many of my friends how to golf respectively and thought it would be awesome to eventually make a career of golf.
How do I go about doing this? I understand that there are schools I could attend. How much do they cost where are they located? I live in Pennsylvania if that helps.

The qualifications in CT are to serve a 3 year apprenticeship under a certified PGA pro, run the pro shop, help with bag storage, learn to give lessons, learn to run tournaments, and pass a proficiency playing round with the pro shooting 4 over par or better. Then go to a PGA site where you are given both an oral and written exam. Now you have the club pro qualifications. The next job is finding a position.
