I already have the service and everything. About how much more will it be a month to get the normal DVR? I think it’s about $10 more or something. And if you could tell me how much the receiver is, too, that’d be great. Thanks.

    you can also purchase one from a private party, call directv with the rec. i.d. # to verify that the previous owner doesn’t owe an outstanding balance or you wont be able to activate it. Directv will require you to purchase a new access card for $20.00. You have to pay for it with a cc or debit card before they will send it

    Reciever upgrade is $99. plus 24 month contract. Cost per month for the dvr service is 5.99. Comes fully installed.
