I volunteer for a horse rescue and our local news station did a segment on us. I saved it on my DVR reciever and now I want to post it on our website (I got permission from the news station) I want to transfer it to my digital video camera so that I can post it.

  1. Lisa E says:

There are a few ways to get a recording on to the web. One way is to ask for a DVD or tape from the station itself. This way may cost money, but it will look the best.
Another way to get a copy of the video is to record it with your camcorder. You can only do this if it has an input corresponds to the output on your DVR. Check the manual on the camcorder to see if if it has a section about recording from a TV. If it does then you can follow the instructions there to record the program.
    Good luck!
BTW: which camcorder and which DVR do you have?
