Is it possible to get into Architecture (graduate) with an undergraduate degree in Urban Planning?

I am planning to study Urban Planning in U of Waterloo but I am not sure if I can go to Faculty of Architecture with a degree in Planning. I was also hoping somebody could tell about how hard it is to switch from Planning to Architecture in second year in U of Waterloo. I am not quite sure Planning is the right thing for me so I am keeping my options open. Architecture involves too much drawing and I that’s what I don’t like but I do want to do Architecture eventually.

I know here in Australia it depends very much on the course content that you studied and then the professor decides. In some cases you can study post grad architecture if you have a degree in either planning/built environment/interior design
