What happens if a loan rejection happens after the option period is up and an offer is already made?
I heard FHA loans can take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks to approve. If our option period is 10 days from today, and we get rejected for our loan 15 days from now, what happens? Do we just lose our earnest money and that’s it? Or is it a more serious problem, as we’ve already made an offer because we were preapproved?

I have an 5th generation iPod nano and I want to delete some songs off of it WITHOUT using the “manually sync” button. The only “automatically sync” method I can find involves deleting the song off your playlist while your iPod is plugged in. However, I have already deleted the song off my playlist. How do I sync my Ipod on a new computer without wiping all the music which is on there already?
I have a new computer and I want to sync my Ipod with the music I have on my new HP Pavilion but I don’t want to lose all the music I have on my Ipod already.
Note: my old computer (where the music that is currently on my ipod is), its memory was lost, so i cant access it or the files with the songs.

How can I record movies from my Cable company set top DVR onto a DVD. Its already run through the computer.?
I already have the set top Cable box/ DVR run through the computer to my TV with co axial. The problem is it will only record up to 80 hours. I’ve tried using the set top usb to connect it to the computer so it will record with no success.I would like to burn some of my favorites so I can record other stuff.

How do i stop my DVR from recording events that already exhist in DVR?
When i set a timer to record All episodes of a certain show, my DVR used to automatically skip an episode of say Two and a half men, if that episode was already in the DVR. Now I’ll go into my DVR and two or three of the same episodes will be in my DVR. I tried setting it to new episodes, but that only records new seasonal episodes. Please Help
