I went on iTunes, changed my iPod touch’s name, and exit iTunes, and when I looked at my ipod it still says iPod.

I go through my library and check the songs I want to sync and they will not sync in to my ipod. The songs I want are checked but it will only give me certain songs and I have plenty of room left in my ipod. What’s the deal?

How come the US government can change tax laws over and over again during tax season?

With certain tax law changes since the beginning of 2007, my CPA is having to correct my taxes several times. It doesn’t seem right that the govt can change tax laws several times during tax season. Other than “because they are the govt,” how come they can tamper with tax laws during tax season.
My CPA is correcting my taxes because we keep getting corrected 1099’s from my brokerage firms. The reason for the corrections I was given was because the laws keep changing.

How come my iPod keeps changing its time everytime I synchronize it?

I have an iPod nano (3rd generation). Today is the first day of Daylights Saving Time. Earlier when I synchronized my iPod, it was fine, but now it keeps jumping to another timezone. My laptop and everything else is set to EST, but when I sync my iPod it suddenly switches to the Honolulu timezone. Anyone know why this is happening / how to fix this?
Everything on my laptop is correct. It’s my iPod that randomly changes to another time/timezone.
