Can I use a TiVo or a Direct TV DVR without having either of their services?
I need to connect an over the air HD antenna up to a 720p HD projector. The projector has component and HDMI inputs. I am wondering if I could use an HD TiVo or an HD DirectTV DVR. Will either of these work without subscription? I realize all of the functions will not.
