How do I find something I recorded on DVR?
We just got Time Warner Cable and I recorded Lost the other night with the DVR. But I can’t figure out how to find it now to watch. Thanks in advance.

Does anybody know how I can take recorded files from my DVR and copy them to my computer?
The DVR is a Scientific Atlanta, and service is provided through Time Warner Cable in Ohio. My computer is an iBook G4 running on OS X. I also have a 120 GB external hard drive if that would help in the process.
Whenever I search this online, I seem to get HD-DVR commentary. So let me make this clear that this is NOT for HD. Just regular old digital cable.
