How to delete music in computer without removing those on iPod when syncing?

I’m new to iPod and other stuffs. I want my music be just on my iPod, and not on my computer hard-drive. But if I remove the music files on my computer, then synchronize iPod, all of the same files on the iPod will be deleted too. What can I do?

Every time I plug my iPod into my computer it goes crazy and synches all the songs. I don’t like that because some songs are on the computer more than one time, maybe two or three…IDK.
