Soy Cream makes a really good alternative- but it does have sugar and it’s quite pricey. I would recomend fresh fruits with some assorted soy cheese/ goat cheese- healthy and dairy free… Also, they make yummy veggie dogs (you can find them in most grocery stores).

Soy Delicious makes a dairy-free ice cream sweetened with fruit juice instead of sugar (http://www.turtlemountain.com/products/its_soy_delicious.html). Chocolate is usually the safest bet for soy ice creams. But that might get expensive. Fresh juice, fruit, and/or cut up veggies might work. You can also freeze juice into popsicles. Checking the snack aisle of a natural grocery store such as Whole Foods might also be helpful–there are usually items that address different food allerges. Their bakery often also sells vegan and gluten-free items that actually taste good.

between ice cream, popsicles and sugar-free jello, you should have everyone covered. you can also provide sugar-free and dairy-free whipped cream to put on top of the jello, to make it more festive.

these items are easy to serve and run around the price of ice cream.

they’re not super healthy, but everyone will be able to eat something!
